This month the challenge is to use paint on your layout. Below is the inspiration art work.





This is my interpretation. Using Kaisercraft Rosabella range, I used paint to splatter on the background, I painted the chipboard, I painted through a stencil and I painted some of the flowers to tone in with the colour scheme.

Guest Designer White..with 1 June 2019

I am excited to have been asked to be a Guest Designer at White...With 1 this month.
I'm a South African-born Kiwi and have been scrapbooking for 15+ years. I emigrated with my husband and son 10 years ago to Christchurch, New Zealand and have continued my passion. I owned a scrapbook shop in SA and designed kits and taught classes for my shop - my dream job! I was a finalist in a competition called "Cream of the Crop" and my work was published in a beautiful book. I love using sketches and mood boards as a starting point, my style is clean and uncluttered and I have to add flowers to all my layouts, even masculine ones! I have been experimenting out of my comfort zone with water colouring and mixed media.



This is my take on the sketch and colour.

ARTastic Desing Team Challenge June 2019 - #FUNTIMES

This month's theme is Children Playing. I chose some photos of my son when he was at preschool, using Kaisercraft Fiesta paper range, did some fussy cutting, distressing, inking and hey-presto!!!
I loved using the bright colours in this range.

This month the challenge is "Your Pet" using this painting as inspiration

I loved the bright colours this month so chose Photo Play "Wiskers" paper range. I challenged myself further to use lots of "older" items from my stash such as flat flowers and brads. The chipboard circles represent string or wool which my cat loved to play with. This month marks a year since she went to kitty heaven.
